We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
